We collect your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and any payment identifiers — such as your UPI ID or Paytm number — that you provide when setting up or using your account. Device and IP data are also logged for security purposes.

Your UPI ID, Paytm wallet reference or PhonePe number is required solely to process deposits and withdrawals on your account. We store this data in encrypted form and our payments team accesses it only to complete or verify a transaction you have requested.

We retain account and transaction records for up to five years after closure, as required under applicable Indian financial regulations. Non-mandatory profile data — such as saved preferences — can be deleted on request before that period ends.

Yes. Submit a data-access request via email or through the in-app Help Centre. We will verify your identity, compile a full export of your account data including transaction logs and profile fields, and deliver it within 14 calendar days.

We share data only with payment processors needed to handle your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions, and with any authority issuing a lawful data request. We do not sell your data or share it with advertising networks or data brokers.
